RETURN & REFUND

WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS

PHHCSD ships all orders from our warehouse in Foshan Guang China.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3~5 days of purchase.

SHIPPING

We will provide free shipping to all buyers by FedEx for items within 1~5KG, free shipping to all buyers by Dedicated Freight or EMS for orders within 5~30KG, and free shipping to all buyers by Ocean Freight for orders over 30KG, please note that the order amount needs to be more than $88 in order to enjoy the free shipping service. Most orders require a customer signature upon delivery later.

WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT COVERAGE

The length of warranty for the item is 6 months, All new items purchased from PHHCSD carry a full manufacturer warranty (please contact the customer services directly for terms and conditions of product warranties).

RETURNS

Most items are returnable for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same conditions that they were shipped. This incudes all original packaging, accessories and documentation. After 30 days, PHHCSD cannot accept the return, however most items carry a full manufacturer Damaged parts to be replaced that cover product defect.

PHHCSD must be notified of all shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Photos may be requested for damaged items prior to the RMA Approval

Items that are not returned in the condition they were delivered are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Items returned for discretionary reasons (i.e. buyers remorse, wrong item purchased, product didn’t work for customer’s needs etc.) may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%. PHHCSD reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. Items that do not have the original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from returns on all items that are undeliverable and/or are returned to sender.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED INCLUDE:

Software

Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered (missing contents, accessories, documentation, and/or damaged packaging)

Items that are considered for “personal use” (Speakers, Microphone, Power amplifier, Audio Mixer, Audio Processor, etc.)

Special Orders

Discontinued products

Close-out sales.

We strongly recommend that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
